I had a decent stay at this hotel that was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from my workplace. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, even though the Wi-Fi wasn't as promised. The service was very professional and friendly, which added a nice touch to the experience. However, dining could definitely use some improvement as the meals were sometimes a bit too salty and the cold food was a letdown.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the staff was very professional and helpful, making me feel welcomed during my stay. However, the rooms were outdated and uncomfortable, with a lingering smell. The location was decent for attending my daughter's graduation, but the noise from the street and hotel bar made it hard to sleep. Overall, it felt like a budget stay rather than a luxurious one.

The hotel has a great location in downtown Johannesburg, close to Wits East and West Campuses, but I had a tough time with the noise from the street and the hotel bar that made it hard to sleep. While the rooms are functional and tidy, they definitely need an update as the furnishings are quite old. The service was a mixed bag—some staff were helpful, but others lacked professionalism.
